With nearly 20 years in blue-collar jobs under her toolbelt, she is passionate about skill-sharing in spaces that empower women to dismantle the gender and power gap in the trades. Erica’s background spans construction, auto and motorcycle mechanics, and horticulture, all driven by a love for practical and resourceful skills that actively benefit her community. She resides in a custom-built tiny house in Western North Carolina.
